This is by far the worst place anyone can ever live. Bed bugs and cockroaches infested everywhere! BEWARE! Also, management is cruel and never likes to address issues of concern. Instead they avoid you like the plague. This building has been violating so many rules and laws for so many years such as the accessibility button that only existed for a few months leaving individuals with disabilities struggling to get into their homes. The water has been shut off with one day's notice every month. There is usually no hot water by 8:30 a.m. every day. Signet management needs to continually pay more attention to significant issues.
