Worst place to ever lease from the unit is infected with cockroaches and it gets worse yes they get pest control but it doesn't do nothing. Theres no air conditioning in the unit and the heat sucks in the winter yet you are paying for hydro. DONT LEASE FROM THIS BUILDING
Since the new Building Managers were deployed, the building condition has drastically improved. The Building Managers, Florence and Jhun, work hard and ensure the building always stays in spotless condition. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone who is looking for a better and healthy living space. Thanks to your team and Signet Group Management Company for making this building an amazing space to live in and call home.
We have a new property manager who has made many improvements in and around the building. Our new building managers are great and keep the building is spotlessly clean. A good place to call home with easy access to shopping and highways.
