Went to get a variety of services done and they had it completed within the day of and their costumer service is great!
I can’t recommend this mechanic service more. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My car was boosted reverse polarity. I feared the worst. But it was much less than expected and my car works perfectly. Honesty and quality service. Fantastic!!
Can’t say enough good things about the guys at 33rd st auto! Our heater core went on our Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, they hooked us up with a loaner car which was amazing. When they went to order the part they realized it’s an extremely hard part to find, they couldn’t even find one to order in Canada, they had to order from the states. It took 2 weeks to come and they let us keep the loaner car the entire time. Car runs great after they got out a broken ignition boot and finished off the tune-up I took forever to do.
This is some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. They are up front about their diagnostic charges & hourly rates and will call to explain what needs to be done and how much it will cost before starting any work. I will absolutely be back and recommend them to everyone!
