My family moved into this complex a few months ago and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here if you value the life you and your family. Now granted,I havent seen any roaches or mice. But the first week we were here there was shootings back to back. The unit I was promised is not the unit I got but that’s neither here nor there. My kids do not feel safe here. I’m in fear of my life shootings everyday!!! Teenagers are very disrespectful looking for conflict!! Maintence don’t come through unless you beg! Women this isn’t a place for you. I just moved here so far so good the unit was nice and clean minor issues with the tub faucet loose but nothing major I love it here no complaints I got in easy and they worked with my credit
I wouldn’t live here if my life depended on it. Be prepared for constant gun shots, mold, and extra tenants (rats, roaches, etc). The management is rude. Gate remains open and never closed. Trash is on the grounds and cars constantly get broken into. In the last 5 years, at least 4 people have been killed on this property. It is only a matter of time, this complex will make the First 48. Oh…and let me not forget to mention that the high ratings is from management and employees. Don’t get it twisted.
