Don’t sign a lease here. They have terrible communication, and also straight up lie to you during the process about how it’s a quiet community when you can hear everything going on in your neighbors units and outside. also they don’t give you blinds or curtains on the patio/balcony which is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible management and construction ruins what is actually a decent unit interior
Had a great move in but moved out and got charged a $250 cleaning fee because there was dust on my ceiling fan
I lived here for two years with my roommates, and we all feel the same way about AVA. The location is great, and the rent is relatively affordable, but those are honestly the only positives we can think of. Our move-in experience set the tone from the beginning. We were handed a dirty apartment and spent an entire day deep cleaning before we could fully unpack (photo of our socks attached).
