Think Twice Before Signing a Lease I’ve lived in this community for a while now, and unfortunately, it has gone downhill significantly. What used to be a decent place worth the rent has become an overpriced, poorly managed disappointment. Communication is practically nonexistent. I’ve been renting here for 6 months, and for the past 3 months the main door has been left open. At first, it broke and they tried to fix it, but eventually ended up replacing the whole thing. Still, it hasn’t been properly fixed. A few days ago, someone stole money I had inside my car, which was parked in the lot where it’s supposed to be safe.
