For a mental health clinic, I’m very disappointed in how I was treated. I waited months to get an appointment during a crisis, but unfortunately had to cancel due to a family emergency. The staff didn’t ask why I needed to cancel or show any empathy about the situation. Now I’ve been told I’ll have to wait another 2–3 months to be seen again. It’s really discouraging to experience such a lack of compassion and flexibility from a place that’s supposed to support people in difficult times.

Melissa kept giving my granddaughter drugs instead of recommending healthy ways to cope and manage her life. And Lora was either on her phone or asleep during their sessions.

My son and I have had a very positive experience with 333 Therapeutics Consulting. The administrative staff have been friendly and efficient. Our meetings with Melissa have been super informative and she is very warm and fun to work with. We have a better understanding of mental health medications which was our goal. Under her advice, we have seen substantial improvements in my son’s mood, energy, and mental health in general.
