Oh wow, where to start! I'm sure their response to this review will be quite defensive. First, their application process is slow, so hopefully you have time. Our largest issue began when sewage backed up into our 1 bathroom, 2 weeks after moving in. We wouldn't be able to use the bathroom or use anything that would drain water because it would start to back up again until they send maintenance.
