I've lived at 333 for 2.5 years and wouldn't live anyplace else in Lowertown. The building is impressive with the huge pillars from the original factory in the hallways and apartments. It's always spotlessly clean (thanks Irma!). Nate, the maintenance manager is responsive and always happy to go the extra mile. We lived at 333 for 3.5 years. Always felt safe. We loved the 8th floor and our unit. Nathan is very attentive to repairs if needed. The rent was a bit high as well as the cost to park, but is comparable to other downtown apartments. Areas of improvement would be cleanliness of the common areas which has deteriorated over time, sprucing up the paint in the hallways, keeping a property manager on staff longer than a year, and stricter rules on pets and weed smoking, both of which are out of control.

Recently moved in the community from out of state, the security of the building is amazing, I feel safe and my belongings and family are safe. Alyvia in the leasing office is so helpful and kind. I want to grow up to be just like sean at the security front desk and Nate that handles maintenance is amazing. Iv only made petty needy requests and they are done so quickly! My neighbors are great, community is friendly the building is clean and well maintained. Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment/community to move into.

I’m moving to St.Paul in two months. I did a virtual tour with Jess and will definitely be moving here. She was so welcoming and helpful. Plus the property is downtown loft big. Price is great!

Crooks they take your application fee and admin fee and they’ll not refund even if you cancel your application immediately they charge 270$ non refundable Other apartments refund within 72 hours if you do cancel, people can change their mind or situations change, even if they take the application fee it’s understandable but they take everything including the admin fee Heard The building is old historical buildings turned to apartments and has old lead paint too so keep that in mind
