I have lived here for 4 years. Fantastic building to live in. Spacious apartments, great amenities, well maintained. The staff is super friendly. Nate (the maintenance person) is awesome and so prompt. They do a good job of organizing community events too so you can get to know people in the building. My only issue is the neighborhood doesn't always feel the safest especially at night. The building itself is safe, access controlled, and has a security person present most nights. I’ve lived here for just under three years now. The front office is staffed with just the best, most friendly people who go out of their way to be welcoming and add a personal touch to all interactions. Whenever I’ve had issues, they respond thoughtfully and promptly. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly and Nate really goes above and beyond. Apartments across the board are expensive right now, but in my opinion the cost per square foot here is pretty reasonable for the area, and the amenities add to the value. It really ... read more
I cannot say enough great things about Bri, and Nate. Extremely attentive all around, if there is an issue that pops up, it's immediately taken care of. The building is safe and secure. The team at 333 is fabulous, and they really care about their tenants.
Immaculate spacious with rare giant historical full wall photographic enlargements of the building’s workers during the original days as a manufacturing company. Loved these- - most special touch. Wonderful high ceilings, great kitchens large bedrooms. Large excellent washer and dryer. Excellent floor plan variations. I've lived at 333 for 2.5 years and wouldn't live anyplace else in Lowertown. The building is impressive with the huge pillars from the original factory in the hallways and apartments. It's always spotlessly clean (thanks Irma!). Nate, the maintenance manager is responsive and always happy to go the extra mile. Bri and Alyvia in the office are delightful, hardworking and tenant communications are excellent. We live in a very urban environment so you have to be mindful of your surroundings.
