I’m moving to St.Paul in two months. I did a virtual tour with Jess and will definitely be moving here. She was so welcoming and helpful. Plus the property is downtown loft big. Price is great!
Crooks they take your application fee and admin fee and they’ll not refund even if you cancel your application immediately they charge 270$ non refundable Other apartments refund within 72 hours if you do cancel, people can change their mind or situations change, even if they take the application fee it’s understandable but they take everything including the admin fee Heard The building is old historical buildings turned to apartments and has old lead paint too so keep that in mind
Great experience. Amenities were excellent, very close to lots of bars and restaurants. Also a block away from the river for nice walks. Building was well-maintained and the staff were responsive to any issues or questions.
Our family of five recently stayed at 333 on the Park during an extensive renovation of our house, and it was an incredible experience! The views from the 5th floor were absolutely stunning, especially of the Mississippi River and Union Depot; we could even see fireworks during the summer from CHS field. The 15-foot ceilings added a luxurious and spacious feel to the place, making it feel open and airy. I moved in to 333 on the Park just over 3 months ago and can’t express how happy I’ve been! The location can’t be beat – coffee, restaurants, Mears Park, local art galleries, Saints baseball, Farmer’s Market, dog parks all basically right outside the front door & within walking distance. Units are spacious and unbelievably quiet, which was one of my main concerns after selling my house and choosing to rent for awhile.
