I don’t normally write reviews, but this one earned it. My step daughter is not having a good experience there. She has called me several times in tears over something to do with this place. The ECO doesn’t need to be perfect, but she should feel more safe and cared about. I hope management takes a closer look at what residents are actually dealing with day to day, not just what the property looks like.
the residents are hostile and aggressive here. one resident left a mean letter on my windshield because they have difficulty getting in and out of their small parking space. another resident cussed me out on my birthday because i was in the hot tub too early in the morning. it’s unfortunate they behave this way with taking matters into their own hands when there’s an entire team of staff, security, etc. who are great. i will update my review as more time passes since i haven’t lived here long.
Clean place, reasonably priced. The management staff is friendly and accommodating.
