Clean place, reasonably priced. The management staff is friendly and accommodating.
It's a nice place for what it is. Though unfortunately if you're chemically sensitive, this is not the place for you even though they write the word Eco on the building the whole place stinks like that toxic air freshener crap. I can't imagine why they would subject their residents to breathing in vocs.
We have been residents at ECO since it opened. It was a great decision to move downtown into such a wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are great with wonderful views in all directions. And the sound proofing between apartments is excellent. Besides the many resident friendly amenities such as the well equipped gym, hot tub, & pool on the deck, and lounges, the staff is unbelievable! Management here has been the most accommodating and lively Bunch that I’ve met so far when it comes to planning events and coordinating activities they give it. They’re all every time the amenities Are amazing and the people here are very outgoing and ambitious in getting to know everyone good
