Great community, great staff. I love living here.
It looks like a nice enough space for the most part but my girlfriend and I were about to look at an apartment here and once we entered, we were hit by the nasty scent of that toxic air freshener crap so we decided to look elsewhere. I don't know why it's so common these days to spray the air with this garbage. I would rather smell of my neighbors' cooking than the toxicity of a chemical scent.
I don't write reviews too often, but when I do, it's because the place and/or experience is top tier. Therefore, I must give a shout-out to all the homies here at 333 ECO! Throughout my life I have lived in many states and many cities, often staying in a lease for only one year before moving on to the next adventure. Here at ECO however, I'm about to sign my lease for the 5th year because this place is so awesome. 333 ECO is the place to live in downtown 'Springs- and heres the why. Choice location and a perspective unlike any in downtown. The common areas have peak views and its just a short jaunt to Memorial park and America the beautiful- stay inspired with the history of the Pioneers Museum just a few blocks away. Art. 333Eco Apartments has been decidedly pleasant. The leasing process was smooth, thanks to Erica’s professionalism and attention to detail as a Leasing Agent. Cheyenne, the Property Manager, and Alyssa, the Assistant Property Manager, have been responsive and approachable in addressing any questions or maintenance needs. The community is quiet and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to live. I appreciate the team’s efforts to keep things running smoothly.
