Can't give half stars otherwise I'd say 2.5. Great central pool. Decent safety as far as gates. Decent amenities as far as valet trash and inclusive water/sewer. Parking sucks - 2 cars per unit my arse. Construction on Lake Mary makes every deck filthy year round. Often cannot park in front of our own building unless you have a garage which is incredibly overpriced. I get frequent compliments on my apartment and the location. I have the large 2/2. The high ceilings are nice and there are a variety of apartment sizes to choose from. But it’s extremely frustrating the cost visitors need to pay to park. I’m almost embarrassed to have people visit and pay the amount they are forced to pay, when there are places in downtown Fort Lauderdale that has cheaper parking (or free for visitors).
