I’ve been an owner at 33 Ponce for 6 years and the building and people are great! With 20 units, it’s like a (very diverse) family. Every unit is unique, and I think this uniqueness has carried over to the people it attracts as owners/residents. It’s extremely convenient with MARTA next door, and the neighborhood keeps improving with surrounding parking lots turned into high quality developments. Tower Square across the street will soon add retail and restaurants to the mix.
It's an incredible building and great part of town to call home!
