My experience with 33 North has been great! The community is fantastic, the grounds are good and well kept. The staff is marvelous, they are attentive, and truly care! I’m so thankful they have amazing quality everywhere, even in a BMR unit! I even added a office space in my bedroom and transformed my restroom it’s amazing 🤩

I've lived at many apartment complexes in the past and 33 North is by far my favorite. Everything is new, spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Best part is management! Yader and Keana are so friendly and kind. They're very responsive and caring to make sure we get what we need. And shoutout to Rafael, our maintenance guy! You're the best!!
