I've lived here for six years, and I've never left a review before, but I feel the need to leave a review at this time; 99% of the staff that I have met over the years have been very nice to me, but it always felt like they never had control and if there was an issue I was hoping but not expecting my problem to be resolved, that's not the case with the folks who just came on board, it is like night and day when it comes to been professional and taking care of any situation that comes up, I like living here, it is so peaceful... read more
I have lived here for almost a year now. I haven’t had any major problems in the building. I have noticed that the new management team Kiana and Yader is taking everything seriously. I really enjoy having quick conversations with them. Very nice team in the office. They are getting projects done around the building that needed to be completed. I’ve lived here now for 7 years. The staff are always very friendly with me and I enjoy my interactions with them. I love my apartment, the floor plan, the square footage, the view, and the serenity. In the 7 years I’ve lived here the staff has changed 4 times and with each transition there is a period of growing pains as the new staff gets up to speed. Several months ago I moved to the Bay Area, and found 33 North. The staff here are friendly and helpful, and always looking for ways to better the community. Love that it’s a nice quiet neighborhood, but still close to the city. Great place to call home, would definitely recommend!
Wonderful management. Wonderful maintenance staff. Very helpful. Highly recommend calling this your home! I’ve had nothing but the best experience with this 33 North team! Keana & Yader are the best.
