We had an amazing weekend at the beautiful 33 Main. Check-in was seamless despite our after hours arrival. We stayed in the beautiful and comfy Sunnyholm suite. The soaking tub was relaxing and provided a spa like experience. Breakfast was delicious each morning and the always available chocolate chip cookies were such a nice treat. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Lenox. We look forward to returning to 33 Main.
Every time I go to the Berkshires this is the place I stay at. The rooms are wonderful, cozy, and clean! The staff is great and so nice! It’s located perfectly with everything around you. Not to mention the food and cocktail hour is great!
My husband and I absolutely loved 33 Main … The room and overall ambiance were perfect. The breakfast was delicious…staff couldn’t be nicer. We will be back … also a quick walk to all the restaurants in Lenox … perfection. LD
***We didn't end up staying here due to travel plans being affected but wanted to provide a review for 33 Main's customer service and attention to detail*** The staff at 33 Main were exceptional in helping make things right since we were unable to stay this past weekend due to the crazy airline troubles happening nationally.
