We will never get used to being greeted by an envelope and a code - it is so much less gracious than a human and a front desk. Feels like a very expensive Air BnB. That said, the room was spacious and very tastefully decorated - great spaces for reading, dresser / closet, excellent reading lights, beautiful bathroom (didn’t love the sheets or towels, though, and bed was hard). My wife and I spent a wonderful weekend in Massachusetts visiting Concord, Deerfield, and Lenox, and our stay at 33 Main was one of the highlights of the trip. Our arrival was delayed the first night due to heavy traffic, but the staff went above and beyond — they even called to check on us to make sure we were safe and still on our way. Adorable boutique hotel offering a wide variety of extras. The room we stayed in was exquisite. East entry with pad lock and key. Breakfast was included and a nice touch. Perfect location for Tanglewood or center of town. Dog friendly
