The management team and resident services team at 325 Kent are exceptional. They have created a welcoming place to live and are consistent in their communication and messaging to tenants. In my experience, response time to emails and calls provide a quick turnaround and the entire team makes residents feel welcome.
This is such a great place to live. The amenities are amazing from the gym (with gym classes), incredible roof deck, to events hosted by the building and a shuttle during the week to the subway. I’ve had nothing but positive management experiences. I’m grateful to be living here.
ABSOLUTELY the worst experience I've ever had with an apartment building! The staff is rude and incompetent and they are liars...STAY AWAY from this property!
This building is horrible! They don't give you full exposure of their incomplete constructions when you're on the tour! It's a completely constructions zone and dirty and unsafe! Unprofessional management and lack of communication. Videos of the inside of the building are on YouTube! I am positing this only because I want to warm potential tenants to NOT get into this nightmare!
