It ranges based on multiple factors Power consumption, how well insulation is maintained, even the times of day of use can heavily effect the cost of electricity (my apartment, for example however, has been an utter nightmare It has been basically one problem after another with this place... Warning to potential tenants ⚠️!! I strongly advise avoiding this property due to severe habitability issues. I personally experienced unsanitary and unsafe living conditions, including roaches, bed bugs, mold, mushrooms, and poor ventilation. Maintenance is inconsistent, and tenants’ concerns are often ignored. The management style is subpar and dismissive, which contributed to a hostile environment for many residents. Just overall not a good place. Bad management, lots of bugs inside and out, maintenance is slow, cats all over, lots of drug dealers and substance abusers, nothing for kids, it’s just not good.
It needs a lot of work has a bit of a mold problem and a bad spider problem but
Management here is not the best... Maintenance is definitely not exactly all that great... It takes forever to get someone to actually fix something..... Took nearly 2 yrs for them to finally replace my door after notifying them within a week of moving in.... Took several months for any issues that were noted within that first week... And our floors for some reason are at minimum damp and worse (and also it's carpet) if they had fixed it right the first time probably wouldn't feel like the floor might decide to drop out from... read more
