This is what CrossFit is all about. On our way to Asheville North Carolina my wife and I swung into CrossFit Wytheville Virginia during their Open Gym hours to complete 19.1. We expected to time and score each other but this was not the case. The crew welcomed us with open arms, scored us legit, no reps and all, and cheered us on relentlessly.
