Great people, helpful and motivating coaches and nice equipment!
The team at 321 has been and is very welcoming, informative and very patient with me as i take this adventure. I am nearing retirement age and was anxious about whether I could fit into a wellness program with a group of members that are at all stages of fitness, from those very fit and strong to individuals like me who are just trying to improve, and everyone in between. My advice is to stop thinking about it and just come in and invest in yourself.
Joining 321 Wellness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! From day one, the coaches and community have been incredibly supportive, making every workout both challenging and rewarding. I’ve already noticed improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall energy levels. The structured programming and motivating atmosphere keep me pushing past my limits, and I genuinely look forward to every session. If you’re looking for a place that will push you, support you, and help you grow—this is it!
321 is the best gym in the area. The trainers are personable and knowledgeable! I never thought I would try CrossFit and I am so glad I did. It's the best workouts I've ever had.
