Today 2/14/25--- I visited 321 for a message, my lower back was sore and sciatica was pinched. Madison was so great in working my back and relieving my soreness. I will be going back and highly recommend her expertise and professionalism.
I love it here. The owners take pride in their business and value their clients. The trainers are knowledgeable and thorough. The workouts are diverse and effective, and are adaptable for all fitness levels. The community is welcoming and supportive. Since joining 321 a few months ago, I’ve seen positive changes in my physique, gotten stronger, and built confidence. Plus, the massage therapists are phenomenal. I am truly grateful for 321 Wellness: Michigan CrossFit.
A welcoming community that meets you exactly where you are in your fitness journey. Brand new and nervous? Coaches and others are there to help answer questions. Seasoned professional? You are also welcome and workouts can be tailored to your skills to give you the right challenge. Group fitness is the motivation I need to keep going as I am unlikely to workout on my own. The massage therapists are amazing as well! Like the workouts, it tailored to your mobility and specific needs.
Wonderful community full of supportive members and excellent coaches. So happy I found a welcome and fun place to workout. Great for those just starting out in CrossFit or seasoned athletes. Highly recommend!
321 Wellness/Mishigami CrossFit has been such a blessing in my life. The coaches really care about you and are always so encouraging and helpful no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
