newbie to crossfit!! started coming here at the beginning of the month because I wanted something new that would challenge me. I already feel myself getting stronger (& sore). I love that every class pushes me to try things I never would have attempted on my own. I have been enjoying CrossFit, Hyrox, and Run Club at 321 for a couple months now. The workouts are challenging and fun, coaches are detailed and welcoming, and the team atmosphere pulls it all together. It’s a great place and value. Would recommend 10/10!
Brand new to CrossFit, I joined this gym about two months ago. I was pretty intimated (being a newbie) and not really sure what to expect, but I can’t say enough good things about 321 Wellness. The owners, coaches, and members are all so welcoming, kind, and encouraging. My first workout was filled with comments like “good job, Christian!” from everyone in the class. I get an excellent workout every class and the benefits have already shown up in how I feel, think, and even the way I play with my kids. Highly recommend!
