Dishonest company. This guy will tell you everything you want to hear. Do yourself a favor and shop around. The only good thing he's got going for him is some of the good companies he uses. Don't let him fool you though, if he gets your job done, it won't be done right and if you pay him, you could possibly get nothing. Ask for CURRENT references or go to the city of Palm Bay and ask for recent permits he's pulled, then contact those people and ask them if they would recommend him. YOU GOT YOUR MONEY, NOW WE WANT OUR PRODUCTS AND WE WANT THEM DONE AND REPAIRED CORRECTLY. Looks like you won't be finishing your jobs. Bad enough you take 35k and then don't complete the jobs but even worse, you take it from an 85 year old elderly woman who is very ill. You tear her screen down without even pulling a permit.
