Reached out via email on website communication and text got no response on either. They read the text but didn’t bother to say not interested. To each his own but other businesses responded even if they didn’t want to perform the work. I did find another business more than happy to take my business and maybe it was fate.
I texted Isaiah who was on vacation but still sent Dylan his technician to my house within like 30 minutes of reaching out. They did an at-home diagnostic for a very reasonable price and customer service was out of this world! Thanks guys!
Called Isaiah he said he would be out on a certain day. He failed to show or call. I called him a second time and again he said he would be out to see me on a certain day. Once again he failed to show or call me. I gave him a second chance because of his 4.9 stars and his reviews. I guess don’t take those for granted.
Isaiah was able to come look at my boat the same day I called him. Quickly diagnosed my outboards issue and showed me what needed done and why. He was fair, honest and professional and charged a fair price for his time. Would highly recommend.
