Initial service for fuel filter and hydraulic system was excellent. Additional service was even better. Isaiah was on-target troubleshooting our steering and raw water pump problem, quickly ordering and installing parts, and getting us back in the water FAST. More importantly, we still had enough money left over to buy gas! haha. Very pleased with 321 Mobile Marine.

2 stars for corect diagnosis, but ghosted me for over 2 weeks. I paid for a marine diagnostic inspection in April and initially intended to hire them for the repairs. The inspection itself seemed fine, but communication and follow through afterward were disappointing. Over the next 2+ weeks I repeatedly followed up trying to get scheduled after being told multiple times they wanted the job and would get me on the schedule “this weekend or early next week.” I was later told they had been tied up with “bigger jobs.” In the end... read more
