Well I lived in another town a 100 miles away. Since I have been in Maiden now for 10 yrs now I have bought over $10.000 of equipment from them.A Simplicity rider,hedge trimmer,pressure washer,Ferris mower,and a mini tiller.Guess what they would not work on my push mower.I understand we work on what we sell but they could have helped me out.Very disappointed in this business.They should have looked at my situation.For this reason I will probably buy my push mower elsewhere.
These people go above and beyond. The customer service is the very best.
Best customer service, they will beat any competitions prices. They saved my friend 1500.00 on mower others wanted 8500.00 for. Highly recommend.
The whole bunch are Crooks over priced . Ferris mower should last longer three years They don't .
What a shit outfit.... they won't service my mower because I didn't buy it from them... very spiteful! Scumbags!
