This is the Happiest Place on Earth of Dentistry. It’s a traditional medical practice with modern tech and the kindest staff you’ll meet in this town. They don’t try to upsell or scare you, they diagnose and treat accordingly. Exactly what I want from a Dentist. Alena, Barbara and everyone on staff are as friendly as they are professional. Dr. Eley is brilliant, I’m very happy I found them.
Appointment set weeks in advance. Phone calls through out day and spoke with man to confirm appointment details and insurance. Hour before appointment woman calls, completely confused, asking why we choose this dental office. Said she can't find dental plan, mentioned old insurance we don't even carry any more. Absolutely bizarre call which ended in a cancellation. Waited weeks for an appointment we thought we had, all to feel unwelcome and like we did something wrong as she said," well, your insurance company isn't picking ... read more
They are always so sweet to me when I come in! I absolutely love my regular hygienist Jessica she’s always asking me questions about my life and about when I’m gonna sign up for the dental program. She is the sweetest and in my opinion the most gentle on my teeth while flossing me 🤣thank you 321 dental and Jessica
