After submitting the following review, I received a cease and desist from the dentist's lawyer demanding that I remove it "in order to avoid litigation." I hope that any other patients who may not have received "5 star treatment" were not intimidated in such a manner. In defense of the truth, my review will remain. I waited about 2 months to write this because I wanted to make sure it wasn't driven by emotion. I had a very poor experience with this dentist. I opted to get OrthoFX (same concept as invisalign). I was willing to pay the extra money compared to a DIY orthodontic program like smile direct, in order to have a professional do the technical aspects, and that was my mistake. Horrible experience with new dentist. He made many wrong callouts and could not properly explain basic details.
Clean, beautiful office. Kind staff. Wonderful doctor. Everything was above my expectations.
