Scheduled my SO here after making sure they were in network. He went in for a consultation & never heard back. I called to request X-rays to be sent to different office & they said he made a follow up appointment & never showed up. He was told that they needed to make sure his insurance was accepted & going to cover what he needed and that they would call him, they never did but he magically had another appointment? This office seems a mess & the front desk staff is very short & clearly lack in the customer service category.
I can’t recommend Dr. Kaur and her assistant, Vee, at 32 Family Dental enough. I just started bringing my mom here for her dental care, and the difference has been incredible. They were able to properly diagnose and address issues that her previous dentist couldn’t. Dr. Kaur and Vee are truly exceptional. They are compassionate, humble, and genuinely care about their patients.
