Junior was absolutely wonderful! Very professional, fair priced, very informative and didn’t hesitate at all to squeeze us into his schedule and get the AC replaced. He was just as concerned about the elderly tenant and child living in the home and was also accommodating with his time to get the unit replaced for their comfort too. That to me shows he’s a genuine person with genuine concern for others. Those qualities are hard to find in people these days. I would highly recommend 32 degrees for HVAC.
My furnace was not functioning - such that the house temperature would not ever reach the temp assigned by thermostat. Junior from 32 degrees was courteous, had expert knowledge of my system, and he diagnosed and repaired it within 30min.
Had a new A/C installed and couldn’t be happier with how it went. Junior, Andy, and his apprentice were awesome!!!! showed up on time, super easy to work with, and got straight to it. Junior explained everything in simple terms, answered my questions, and even helped me get the new thermostat set up before they left. The system’s running great!! cools fast and quietly 😉 Really good guys, super professional but laid back too. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get your A/C replaced or upgraded
Andy was very kind and helpful to work with. He resolved the issue we had with our A/C unit drain pipe within the time frame quoted. Would recommend them! Andy and Junior replaced our A/C unit a few years ago and it’s been running great!
This company is a life saver. You can't live in Vegas without a functioning ac and they make sure to get you up and running as fast as possible, no matter the problem. Fast and fair prices. Courteous and friendly staff. 32 degrees is the only company you will need to call. Don't waste your time calling anywhere else.
