The absolutely worst apartment complex here in the bryan college Station highly recommend no one to apply to move here apartments are outdated and the property manager does not want to spend money to make the property look more presentable its dirty trashy ...and the property manager is just flat out rude ...not only that its a drug infested area ...they really should consider just giving up on the property it has a occupancy rate of 45 percent
new Management lady in office has a horrible attitude and very Disrespectful, the rooms are old and Over price if you try to get something fixed you have to ask the maintenance to fix it because new managment is impossible to talk to.
