My husband and I love the staff here. Our twin boys are so excited to come and leave so happy. We highly recommend!
Negligent with care of child; -Staff do not document incidents according to state guidelines; on three separate occasions incidents went undocumented at the appropriate time of occurance. When parent vocalized concern, vague information was given to the parent regarding the visible injuries on the child. This occurred three times during a four month time span. -Staff were dishonest in their conduct of the negligent situations by continuously changing the story/explanation of the injuries to fit their narratives.
