I was and am thoroughly impressed with Tracie. She is professional and extremely personable. She took care of all my hair care needs and exceeded my expectations. I received color and crotchet braids. From start to finish...excellent! My appointment started on time. That is a major plus for me!! My hair color was an exact match and the crotchet style that I chose was even better than the picture that I showed to Tracie. She washed my hair and took care of my head. I can't wait to try some of her other services.

I was very apprehensive about changing my hairstyle by going short, natural and a color change. Tracie consulted with me and assured me this change will be good for me. Her assistant Kels shampooed and steamed my hair with great care and attention. All and All Tracie and her team are very caring, they listen and they are very detailed and precise.

Absolutely amazing service! She Was able to fit me in right before my birthday and with it being my first time getting a silk press I was not disappointed. Not only was my hair amazing but the environment was so welcoming and friendly I will definitely be coming back 😊‼️
