We needed to contact 318 property management to check air flow duct in our rent house . Josh was very efficient and gave some helpful suggestions .
Absolutely the rudest landlord I have ever had! The property was disgusting when they rented it to us!! WILL FIND ANY REASON TO NOT GIVE DEPOSIT!! I’ve rented from several companies and private properties and I have NEVER had any issues like I have the 6 LONG months I lived here!! The foundation is cracked and falling apart. Plumbing is awful, the floors are spongy upstairs and there’s cracks in the wall above the door. I’m embarrassed that we paid as high of rent as we did for this place. Lesson learned!! They do a great job managing the properties that they are over. If you need someone to manage your properties call 318 Property management. They are a great company that cares.
Worst place ever to live. Filthy and disgusting. Landlord does not care and actually think the units are habitable! Don’t even think you’ll get your deposit back. Any excuse is good enough for them to keep it. Don’t pay $1000/mo for this dump!
They handled their business in professional matter happy to have them manage my rental properties
