After a very long wait, still not finished, waiting no consistency after getting paid waiting with little or no work no one answers the phone. I am left wondering when someone is coming to finish my home, but the do not have problems asking for more money. I am very disappointed
I would not recommend 318 Construction based on my experience. I paid a deposit and was given multiple promises about when work on my home would begin and be completed, but little to no actual work was ever done. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process, and I constantly had to follow up just to get updates. After taking my money, the company failed to show professionalism, urgency, or accountability. Deadlines came and went with excuses, and my family and I were left waiting with no real progress made. This company is awesome! Working with Matt Bonner and Chris Creel made the whole reconstruction of my house after the ice storm a breeze! The work that was done exceeded my expectations!

In what could have been the most tragic loss, Matt & Chris stepped in with their expertise and innovation to completely transform (and update) my entire home. Will I ever be thankful for a house flood while halfway across the country taking care of my critically ill mom? No. But I will be thankful for Matt & Chris every time I walk through the doors of my home. From walking me through decisions to custom cabinetry…from the floors to the ceiling, I could not be more pleased with the whole experience or the end result!
