I have lived here since I was 18 and I am 25 now. I absolutely love it here. The management treats you like family, maintenance is quick to fix any issues you have, and the residents are always friendly. If you're looking for an apartment I wouldn't look any further. The pricing is unbeatable, and the location is fantastic. If I had anything bad to say I would but there is nothing they could do better. I love it here. :)
Travis and Hunter are probably the nicest managers I've ever met! I love the place

I cannot believe no review I saw mentioned having no doors on their bathrooms. The inside looks like a mix of an old dorm (probably what it was) and a prison, and the bathroom looks like an RV bathroom. That was the dealbreaker for me.
This place is definitely a little older but I had no issues making this place my own. Definitely one of the better deals here in Denton and its served its purpose for me really well as a student here at UNT. Super sweet community as well! This is one of the only living quarters where i've actually ended up knowing all the neighbors around me! Gonna miss this place
