They did a great job on my house! I had messaged several people to give me a bid to paint my house, and Clem was the only one who came through. They had great communication and also fixed a lot of other problems I had on the outside of my house that I hadn't noticed. They were very polite and got the job done in a timely manner. I recommend 316 Painting to whoever needs their house painted.

We were renovating an older house and these folks kindly agreed to help. The thing about older houses is that you are never quite sure of the extent of the work until you get into it. True to form this house was more than we had bargained for. Fortunately they were very patient and understanding, their experience in these things became very valuable to us. Bottom line we ended up with a house looking much better than before. I believe they enhanced the value of our house. I heartily recommend them.
They do a great job no complaints. I highly recommend it. The power washing was awesome.
