Have always great experiences here, but the lady at the front checkout desk looked annoyed with everyone she attended. Completely ignored our greeting and looked bothered when I asked for a simple favor
First off, the nurses,MA’s, & Emmie Longshore (NP) are very sweet and do their best.. but Dr Hi, it's Dr. Engelbrecht is a JOKE. The only Dr to get your prescriptions in on time is Dr.Key. I’ve been back and forth for over a WEEK just to get 1 prescription sent in and now I have to get it resent which I’m sure I won’t get until the Dr decides to actually do his job. Pathetic. Go somewhere else or ask for Dr.Key. Cause the other Dr doesn’t care about his patients AT ALL.
The staff is very kind and fantastic, but only one Dr manages everything so it’s very frustrating when you need prescriptions at the proper time. But overall it’s a great practice.
