This is hands down the best place I’ve lived so far. The staff is so caring, always hosting fun community events to bring the residents together, and they’re constantly offering a wide range of activities. The building is safe, and I love the amenities (pool, gym, coffee shop downstairs, etc.). The apartments are up-to-date and have everything you need. It's just a short walk to the Intracoastal Waterway and unique shops and restaurants. 10/10
Moving from out of state and doing everything virtually, Kandace made the transition so smooth for my boyfriend and me. I enjoy how up-kept the building is and the community events that the management team puts together. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to live in a quiet, small, and always clean building.
If I could give 10 stars I would. This building is the best up and coming hidden gem in WPB. steps from Curry Park and Clematis this intimate ultra modern mid rise is priced competitively and has some of the best finishes I've seen for the money. Valerie was an absolute god send and the hospitality from end to end was unparalleled. Currently submitting my application for a unit today! Better act fast before they're all gone!
