I had a pedicure today. I requested to have ingrown nails trimmed (several times). They did not trim them at all. My wife had a manicure done and her nails are not smooth. I cannot recommend 312 nails & spa.
I’ve been coming here with my sister for about 2 years, so this was really disappointing. I had a nail appointment booked two weeks in advance. I was asked to reschedule it earlier because the nail technician was leaving, and then I was asked again to come earlier. I explained that I would be in Chicago and couldn’t make an earlier time. The front desk employee responded, “Are you even going to be able to make it?” which I found rude and unprofessional.
