After going there 4-5 times, I was confident I would receive the same service I had the other times. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I had an appointment for a full gel set and upon checking in I was asked if I had an appointment for a pedicure, to which I said no. So I came here about two weeks ago to see Kathy who I had found on instagram and liked her work. I had expressed interest in a builder gel set with some art work. My nails were short at the time, so I understand the art wasn’t going to be exactly the same. I arrived on time and waited about 15 minutes for her to arrive. She was not very welcoming and seemed to be in a rush, and barely prepped my nails and cuticles.
