I’ve been coming here with my sister for about 2 years, so this was really disappointing. I had a nail appointment booked two weeks in advance. I was asked to reschedule it earlier because the nail technician was leaving, and then I was asked again to come earlier. I explained that I would be in Chicago and couldn’t make an earlier time. I have been getting my nails done for about a year now and have nothing but positive things to say! They are very efficient, kind and have such a clean salon. Could not recommend enough!!
Been here twice by appointment both times, waited an hour the first time and walked out after 45 minutes the second time. Seems like having appointments doesn’t mean much here, or at best, their time management is unreliable. I won’t be coming back to risk wasting any more time.
