really reliable and clean building. reasonable maintenance is taken care of within 24hours. responsive to emails and communications (within working hours)
This is probably the most unprofessional and disrespectful company I have dealt with in my 10 years in NY. For starters, the apartment was not ready for brand new tenants that just signed on to a lease - but according to the manager, Isaac Fisher, they had prepared the apt in general. The apartment was dirty; with spider webs; fridge has no shelves; with a lot of fixing needed, including a doorknob that is broken and loosen. Not even a fresh coat of paint! Awful service! Property manager was the rudest person I’ve encountered with. They are as professional as 5th graders. Don’t rent with them!!
It was a good two years of stay, a lot of memories. Great rooftop for parties and entertainment. Amazing amenities, very helpful super.
