I would give them a 5 star but I have ups and downs about this place. I been living here for 4 years and I can say this is the worse management I have ever witness. They don’t return calls and they have no communication skills at all. They put notes on your door about the smallest issues and when it’s something big like rent is changing they put it on management door instead of your door. They make it complicated to pay rent. Pros: Nice size apts, clean up to date, yashua is very nice and reasonable with late payments. Nice quiet neighborhood walking distance to East Point Marta station. Cons: They are almost never in the office, don't answer the phone so if you need something you just have to catch them. When I was evicted they tried to charge me $2,300 when court records said $980.
