After an unforseen issue arose with a newly purchased Jeep 310 Automotive which was recommended to me by someone I trust agreed to take a look at the vehicle free of charge. The professional and concern displayed by Damon and Isaac was second to known. They reviewed my Jeep over a two day period and answered any questions and concerns I had regarding the issue. I highly recommend this place of business.
I brought my car here after having some power train and transmission issues. While they don't do a whole lot of transmission work here they were able to help me out a bit to try and fix it, and although my car persisted with the same symptoms after pick up I was pointed in the right direction on what to do next. These guys have great communication, professionalism and customer service here. Highly recommended compared to the other shops I've been to in Lewisville.

Prompt and courteous service, no BS, fair pricing. Replaced a wheel bearing, simple job I just did not have tools for. Other shops were trying to add unnecessary work and expenses. Will definitely be back.
Isaac is the man! I get why he is so busy! He is honest and won’t sell you something you don’t need. He believes in the Golden Rule and wants clients that will come back. Isaac takes the time to explain and show you what he is doing. Sadly, I’ve met more than my share of unsavory individuals who call themselves mechanics. I will definitely be back to 310 Automotive!
