I currently live in this building and there is so much waste and trash everywhere and people don't care.You guys should have police around your building,because they are always around to help.If you see someone littering doesn't matter if it is a kid give them an eviction notice.So less trash,also the hot water in the shower is barley coming out.And you guys have lots of mice and rats.Including leftover money outside,it's like the perfect place for robbers to steal.You guys need to step it up,SKPM.But good thing is the staff... read more
3135 people are noisy in the clubhouse in the hallways and outside the noise can be heard all day
We are currently living here. This is the worst building I have ever seen. There’s no hot water in the unit and upon filling a maintenance request for 5 times, nothing is working out. No one is coming to fix it up. I would never recommend this apartment or any apartment manages by this sterling karamar property management company. We are already regretting our decision.
To much mouse in building. Never Recommended anyone. To much Parking Evolution Tickets from Police which building management want Invite for. Very Dirty under stairs parking, rain Water not Cleaning during a Month. Smiling Bad environmental Place. I am looking Other Building APT.
