Believe all of these one star reviews! I had been a member for several months and was keenly aware of the owner’s rabbit ears (aka roid rage). He accused me of dropping weights but refused to show me the video because he knew it wasn’t true. In a maybe 40 minute workout, I only used free weight once for single arm dumbbell rows. Life is way too short to deal with people like this!

This well equipped and clean facility was a great way to start off my mornings while visiting Santa Rosa! The owner was great and very welcoming! As it is in any well run facility I have used, respect is the highest priority. Sometimes you have to put yourself in the mindset of the owner and think hm if these weights are slammed over and over I am not only reducing the integrity of the floor but also the plates and weights on the machines. Do yourself a favor and choose any other gym! I signed up my whole family but then canceled after one month. They put a gym directly over a chiropractic clinic and then the owner comes up and throws a temper tantrum like a toddler if he hears the slightest noise from people working out. Pure stupidity.

I love working out at 30A gym and fitness! It's always clean and quiet because the owner takes meticulous care to keep it that way for members. The equipment is in excellent condition with great selection. Best 24 hour access gym on 30A!
