We had booked these guys for my bachelorette party… we were so excited. Unfortunately my father passed away suddenly and we needed to make other arrangements. We reached out and said they would provide a refund and then ghosted us! We would have been happy with a refund or a reschedule of the trip when we ended up going a few weeks later. They won’t answer the phone and kept our money. Terrible way to do business.
A great experience! Captain Scott Mikles was great! The 4 hour cruise was perfect.
I rented this boat for 10 girls for my sisters bachelorette party. I placed the reservation in May and we went out for Labor Day weekend. The boat was nice and new, clean, beautiful. Captain Johnny Spector was the best. So laid back and chill. Super nice guy who was just the right amount of involved. We brought our own food and drinks but he provided a yetti and two bags of ice + a speaker for music. Amazing trip, plan on coming back and hitting up Captain Johnny when we do. Booked a family July 4th day to Crab Island Received a text night before at 10pm. Sorry issues with boat trip cancelled We have used this company multiple times , communication not always great but experience with captains is always a good experience. I would suggest looking for another option for pontoon company. After reviewing your response I can send you the confirmation for the 4th if you like. The captain did provide a detailed response and as mentioned the Captains do provide a wonderful experience.
