Do not rent here!! I am a college student at ONU and had my stuff in this place for a bit. When I went to move my stuff out of the storage unit there was rat droppings and rat urine and eat chewing marks on some of my things. That includes stuff that was in a zipped bag. The unit is not sealed up well and not sealed in between units either so if something ran in it can get into all units. Not cleanly or safe. Find another place to keep your things.

We rented a storage unit to store our college students belongings over the summer. When we first rented there was only 10X12 units open which was oversized for us. The owner offered to let us know when the 8X8 units would be available to save us money. He not only let us know, he also helped moved our student belongings during finals week when we were not able to get to Ada to move it before the 8X8 units filled up. Owner was always friendly and helpful. I recently was having trouble getting my key to work on my lock. He ran home to get WD40 and a grinder, came back five minutes later and had it open. I would definitely recommend!
