Unprofessional and rude. Do NOT do business here. It was dirty, smelt like mold and cigarette smoke, and a child was watching TV in the other room. The lady at the counter was unprofessional and rude. I went to another gold buyer on N. Main in Summerville called Cash for Gold instead and had a wonderful experience there.

Do not use this store! They disposed of my stolen gold jewelry after I notified them over the phone that it was stolen, provided the name of the person they purchased from, and asked them to hold it until I could come by the next day with the police to retrieve it. Further, they ripped off the thief by labelling my 14KT and 18KT gold items as misc. 10 KT gold. If you don't know what you have, which the thief in this case did not, you will be ripped off!
