I really appreciate the variety of frozen meats but I think I am done buying anything fresh here. The quality of the cuts is not consistent. Today's 2 inch tenderloin steaks are just over a half inch thick. One is a wedge so it's not going to cook evenly. This has happened too many times to take another chance. I think I am done now.
307 Meats is the only place here I trust to process our animals. If it's beef we are buying or the 4H hogs the kids raised. Clean, ethical, and great to deal with.
4/5 times I've been here this year and the product was bad. Will be going to butcher block from now on. Never again.
We used 307 for the first time to process our feeder pigs. We live 3 hours away but it was absolutely worth it! The staff was friendly, the packaging and product was top notch, and the price was affordable. We’ve heard nothing but good things from friends who have used them as well. We will definitely be returning!
