I photographed Callen and Caleb's wedding at 305 Trackside earlier this year and love working at this venue! 305 Trackside is located conveniently right downtown Southern Pines in the historic train sheds next to the train tracks on Broad Street. The venue is easy to work with and has tons of ambience and charm. Great for events up to 150 people and I love that it has both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Great place for any type of function. Very open, convenience, close 2 town. Overall nice place for any type of gathering.
Excellent venue, wonderful people to work with. Note: there is not a provided refrigerator, you will need coolers. They have preferred layouts and vendors to help you and it is available to be rented for weddings, meetings, etc. I highly recommend that you check them out and consider them as your venue!
Have attended multiple events here, with the number of attendees ranging from 20 to 50+, and its always a great experience. Character, charm, history, and a great time in one location.
I went here for my nieces wedding and this is a beautiful venue. I would highly recommend this location for a small/medium wedding.
