Excellent job done on hardwood floors and whole shower. Very pleased with the results and great group of people to work with! Highly recommend this company.
Throughout the process of installing floors and tiling the kitchen and bathrooms, everything went well. Service was attentive. All work is written down and agreed to. Questions and issues were addressed fairly. Budgets and estimates were adhered to. Some things ended up a little more and some less. Timing and length of service was good. We are so happy with our heated ceramic tile project recently completed by 303 Floor Design. Dmitriy and his team did an amazing job of transforming our tired floors. Thank you for the attention to detail and fantastic workmanship...couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!
I'm very satisfied with 303 Floor Design. They did an excellent job installing and prevented me from choosing a vinyl, which would have dented under furniture because of the underlayment required by my building association. The store where I was purchasing the flooring kept saying it was OK, and 303 kept saying it would dent. On my 4th trip back to the store, I got someone to say 303 was right and it would dent. I'm very satisfied with their work.
Poor workmanship, poor customer service and does not honor commitments, large and small right down to failing to send the gift card "they offered" and said "was in the mail" to be used to purchase floor cleaning products because a "finish clean" was not completed. The card was never received. I would not recommend this company.
I was assigned this company by ************ **** ****when I decided to install hardwood floors throughout my home. Despite what I was promised I have squeaky floors and cracking boards throughout the home that are multiplying every day. The only response that I received from the owner Dmitriy was excuses until he made a half-hearted attempt to respond to my concerns when ************ **** ***y was withholding his payment until I was satisfied.
