I had a very positive experience renting here! Everything was well-kept and functional. In addition, I generally had prompt service when there was a maintenance issue. Love the location as well

I’ve loved living at 3020 and renting from the Fontana family. The location is perfect for access to downtown Minneapolis, the university, and local parks and restaurants. The building is regularly maintained and upgraded and management responds quickly to requests. This was genuinely the best renting experience I’ve had!

This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. I stayed here for two years, and it has been an amazing experience. The property is very well managed, and the management team is always working to improve the building and its facilities. They continuously update and maintain the property, which makes it a great place to live. I am moving to a different state, and this is one of the places I will miss the most. Rented an apartment here for 4 years, no complaints! Access to UMN, downtown Minneapolis, and St Paul. Fresh Thyme across the street is very convenient for groceries. Also, management is very personable and responsive. It's great to rent from a family instead of a big, faceless real estate corporation!
