A little bit devastated with my daughter's experience. She was running late for her appointment because she just missed her bus. On arrival there wasnt even a receptionist there and later found that the therapist had gone home . Not to mention we got charged an cancellation fee and also not to mention my daughter has also had a couple of cancellations . I find this very unprofessional and very immoral . My daughter was extremely distraught and had decided that she will not be coming back
