This is a person's house. It looks nice.
Wouldn't suggest this place at all! Didn't feel safe living there at all. At one point had someone try and break into my house at 3 a.m. which I had to call the police. Informed landlord didn't seem to care. Another occasion my neighbor had a guy threaten to kill him which turned into a bloody feud right next door. Landlord doesn't take background checks serious just there to make a quick buck off of you. If it doesn't benefit the landlord he will not help you. Don't suggest living in this place at all, the apartment is horribly built with the cheapest possible materials. You can hear your neighbor yawn through the walls. The landlord barely speaks English and is completely and utterly ignorant towards his tenants. He promised my room-mate and I that there would turf installed in our front yard.. we lived there for a year and there are now 2 foot tall weeds in our front and back yard that they are supposed to be taking care of.
