Made 2 different appointments and each time I showed they said I hadn't even after I showed them emails stated I had. I tried the second time thinking it was a fluke but the girl there handed me her cell phone and told to talk to with someone ( the owner?? I don't know) and was told to leave and never come back.
I went for a regular polish pedicure. I’m not sure the aesthetician knew what she was doing. She ended up putting too many layers of polish on and cured it under a lamp for (shellac). It was bubbly, and did not look finished. I asked for regular. I wasn’t offered coffee or a drink or if I had any sensitives or allergies. I had to go to another spot after to get the polish removed as it was very thick and peeling off. I would not recommend.
I booked a nail appointment for my birthday, chose shellac polish. The technician didn’t fully seem like she knew what she was doing. She massaged my hands with nitrile gloves on which didn’t feel great. Plus my shellac polish came off as soon as I got home. It wasn’t set well, nor was it applied correctly. I would not recommend.

Extremely disappointed. I made two pedicure appoints, for myself and my mother-in-law, a week in advance. The DAY OF, they called to say someone called in sick and they could not fulfill the appointment. I asked if they could still fulfill ONE of the appointments (it was my MIL's birthday), she mumbled a bunch about shuffling around schedules - it became very clear that they were not going to be able to do either appointment - was only one person going to do both of our pedicures at the same time?!
