I have never left a review before but I’m a person who reads reviews to decide where I am going to spend my money. The massage, although I knew wasn’t with an RMT was very poorly done. Massaged my face (odd) and tried to crack my ears, and ended 5 minutes early. I mostly just sat in silence with little instruction, the entire time I was there, with some “relaxing sounds” coming out of an iPad after about 20 minutes. Room was very spacious and comfortable, the food was beyond perfect and our host was just absolutely wonderful.... couldn't have asked for a better weekend
January, 2025. We got a gift certificate for a couples massage. Unfortunately our experience was not great or pleasant. First of, It was so cold in the massage room and we found ourselves quickly getting warm under the sheets. I would not call this a massage tbh, more like a lot of oil and soft touches. It was unfortunately not relaxing at all, just worth a 1 star review. And to top it off, we were forced to give 15% tip. I regret I did it. We will never come back.
Minimal and confusing signage for how to get into the spa, no RMT, nearly $400 later and then as we tried to leave we were chased out of the building and told we HAD to tip. The employee tried to say it was mandatory and when we asked to speak to a manager they got upset and went back inside. I'm so disappointed and will not be returning.
Loved staying there. Clean confortable rooms. Beautiful place especially in fall.
