I would not recommend this building. We have experienced frequent power outages, and the water is shut off every few days. Sometimes the water has been unavailable for an entire day without any prior notice. Another major issue is the parking. Management closes the parking garage because of construction and says there is no estimated date for when it will reopen. If you ever have the opportunity to live in a building managed by Sterling Karamar, I strongly advise you not to take it. This is by far the worst building management I have ever dealt with: incompetent, indifferent, and inhumane. I lived there for some time and the heating system never worked properly. Every time I reported it, management simply claimed it was working and ignored the issue. The bathroom exhaust fan never worked, which caused constant humidity and mold to grow on the walls. If I could give zero stars, I would. I lived in this building for 13 months, and it was hands down the worst housing experience of my life. I had to get the hell out for the safety and well-being of myself and my family. Management gaslit me and my family consistently for the entire duration of my tenancy. I had a newborn in the fall, and when winter arrived, there was no heat in the unit. Management repeatedly told us the heating was “working” when it absolutely was not.
