I had a 6 month old computer that had remote software loaded onto it after getting hacked. After waiting a week to take it back to best buy (soonest appointment they had) they had the computer for a week. After getting it back immediately the same problem started again. After 2 days of calls to set up another appointment it was 2 weeks away (we did pay for total protection that gets you nothing).
